About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Security Consultant who is passionate about protecting cloud environments and eager to solve complex security challenges. In this role, you’ll assess, strengthen, and optimize clients’ cloud security architectures across platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You’ll analyze technical risks, identify misconfigurations, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance resilience against evolving cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed security assessments of cloud environments, identifying risky configurations and potential attack paths.

Evaluate cloud architecture, identity, and access controls to uncover vulnerabilities.

Provide technical reports, presentations, and recommendations tailored for both technical and executive audiences.

Support tool development, process improvement, and methodology updates to enhance service delivery.

Collaborate with clients to improve logging, monitoring, and incident detection within their cloud ecosystems.

Contribute to automation scripts and dashboards for analytics and threat detection.
Required Qualifications

Intermediate knowledge of one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with emphasis on identity, networking, compute, and security services.

Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles including security, resiliency, and scalability.

Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks to identify unauthorized access.

Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation and analytics.

Understanding of API authentication and identity protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.

Ability to perform configuration reviews and attack path analysis across complex cloud infrastructures.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical findings into business-level insights.

Proven ability to operate independently and manage client interactions effectively.
Preferred Experience

Exposure to cloud incident response methodologies for AWS, Azure, M365, or GCP.

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and related cloud security controls.

Previous consulting experience in a professional services or enterprise security environment.
