About the Role

Infosys Aster is seeking a Senior Practice Engagement Manager – Practice Sales for its AI Amplified Marketing Suite. This role focuses on strategic client engagement, account management, and driving growth through trusted relationships and innovative solutions. You’ll lead pursuit teams, manage client expectations, identify new business opportunities, and maintain Infosys’s price premium while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, providing valuable context and insights.

  • Account Growth: Navigate client accounts to identify new deal opportunities and develop strategic account plans.

  • Leadership: Form and lead pursuit teams to create winning proposals aligned with business goals.

  • Strategic Pricing: Recommend competitive win prices that align with client value while maintaining profitability.

  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong client relationships with C-level executives.

  • Market Insight: Track trends and competitor strategies to strengthen Infosys’s market leadership.

  • Contract Oversight: Ensure smooth contract execution and handle escalations effectively.

  • Team Development: Mentor account teams and collaborate with delivery managers to enhance performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 14+ years of experience in sales, relationship, or account management

  • Proven record in business development and project management

  • Experience managing CMO-level relationships and marketing domain knowledge

  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

  • Hands-on experience in proposal creation and delivery

  • Broad experience in IT and business consulting engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent with 10+ years of experience

  • Proven success in closing large deal opportunities

  • Expertise in industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Services, Consumer Products/Retail, or CMT

  • Understanding of industry-specific business drivers and solutions

  • Experience managing multi-location consulting teams

  • Track record of managing rapidly growing client accounts

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $128,000 – $250,000 (based on location)
