Job Summary
Do you want to play a meaningful role in improving outcomes for disadvantaged children and families in Southwest London? Emanuel School is seeking a dedicated Co-ordinator of Community Partnerships to support the planning and delivery of its award-winning outreach and partnership programmes.
This is a term-time only role that involves engaging with local schools, charities, and community organisations to help deliver impactful service and development opportunities for pupils and the local community.
Key Responsibilities

Support the organisation and daily running of Emanuel’s partnership strategy.

Liaise with local primary and secondary schools, and charities to place pupils in outreach roles and projects.

Communicate consistently positive messaging about the school’s community initiatives through newsletters, social media, and the website.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with external stakeholders and partners.

Help plan and deliver events and outreach programmes, sometimes outside of standard working hours.
About You
We welcome applicants from a variety of professional backgrounds with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You may have worked in schools, youth programmes, charities, or community-based organisations.
You will be a confident communicator with a warm and personable approach, capable of building lasting relationships with a wide range of individuals. Strong written and spoken English, project planning abilities, and calmness under pressure are essential.
