Key Responsibilities for the Risk Adjustment Coder Role

Review medical records for complete and compliant diagnosis code abstraction across multiple payer types.

Maintain a minimum 95% quality accuracy in all coding reviews.

Participate in the dispute resolution process for coding determinations.

Qualifications for Risk Adjustment Coder

Education: High School Diploma required.

Working Conditions and Benefits
This is a remote Risk Adjustment Coder position for candidates based in the continental U.S. You must have a secure, distraction-free workspace and a high-speed internet connection.
Compensation: $21–$26 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, daytime hours only.
