Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Certified Coder to join our growing team. This position is responsible for applying diagnostic and procedural codes to patient health records to support accurate data retrieval, billing, and claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:

Assign accurate ICD diagnosis codes based on documentation

Assign compliant CPT/HCPCS procedure codes

Apply official coding guidelines for code selection

Collaborate with the documentation team to ensure coding accuracy

Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Graduate of a coding or health information program
-
Certified Coder (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent credential)

Knowledge of ICD, CPT, HCPCS, and federal coding regulations
-
Detail-oriented and able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
