We’re expanding our network of clothing bank collection points, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Driver in the Sittingbourne area. This is more than just a driving job — it’s an opportunity to play a vital role in helping people and protecting the planet.
What You’ll Do

Collect donated clothing from clothing banks in your area

Transport items to a local storage facility or charity shops

Work independently with the flexibility to manage your daily routes

Handle donations safely and effectively (manual handling involved)

Support our mission by maintaining high standards of service and integrity
Work Schedule

40 hours per week
-
5 out of 7 days (exact days can be agreed upon)

Regular overtime opportunities available
What We’re Looking For
-
Full and current UK driving licence
-
Physically able to lift and carry bags of clothing
-
Self-motivated with a reliable and flexible approach

Familiarity with the Sittingbourne area

Supportive of the Salvation Army’s mission and values

Manual handling experience is helpful but not essential
