What You’ll Be Doing

As a Finance Analyst, you’ll be central to monitoring, analysing, and enhancing Selco’s trading performance and profitability. This is a dynamic role where financial insight meets commercial strategy.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Producing daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports to track sales, margins, and overall performance.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.

  • Analysing store-level costs and their impact on company-wide financial targets.

  • Conducting scenario and sensitivity modelling to support strategic trading decisions.

  • Preparing and posting month-end journals and managing store P&L distribution.

  • Working directly with store teams to review financial performance, address queries, and drive improvements.

  • Delivering month-end reporting packs and providing ad hoc financial analysis for projects and commercial queries.
