Position Overview: Roofing Technician
We’re hiring a Roofing Technician to perform hands-on installation, repair, and maintenance services for commercial roofing projects across Maine. Whether you’re an experienced pro or eager to learn a skilled trade, you’ll find purpose, support, and opportunity here.
What You’ll Do

Report directly to the Foreman

Install and service roofing systems for commercial clients

Provide timely, courteous support and communication to customers

Follow all safety protocols on-site

Build strong client relationships through quality work and professionalism

Use power and hand tools to complete various job site tasks
What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in English (speaking and listening)

Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders

Able to lift 50+ lbs. and safely handle tools and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Willingness to occasionally travel overnight

Experience with roofing or skilled trades is a plus, but not required—we offer training!
