The Role

In this role, a little kitchen experience would be an advantage but we will provide training. Day to day duties will include basic food preparation – chopping vegetables, preparing the ingredients for the chefs to use, date labelling food stuffs and checking they are stored correctly. You may be involved in preparing staff meals, assisting in volume cooking for banqueting events and plating dishes ready to be served! Looking to grow? We have apprenticeship training courses available – which will help you develop your skills and knowledge.
