Your Role as a Community Support Worker

Candidate Requirements for Community Support Worker

Full UK Driving License: Required for travel but owning a vehicle is not mandatory.

Experience with Autism or Complex Care: Preferably supporting individuals on a 2:1 basis.

Communication Skills: Familiarity with Sign-along, PECS, or alternative communication methods is an advantage.
