About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate care assistants to support a 19-year-old young woman with Cerebral Palsy and learning difficulties. She is non-verbal, lives at home with her family, and enjoys music and movies. You’ll play a vital role in her day-to-day support and wellbeing as part of a person-centred care team.

Shifts Available:

  • Days: 07:30 – 19:30

  • Nights: 19:30 – 07:30

  • Full and Part-Time Positions Available

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting personal care routines and daily living tasks

  • Engaging in activities she enjoys, including music and films

  • Providing emotional reassurance and companionship

  • Working as part of a small team to deliver consistent and safe care

  • Communicating effectively with her family and clinical team

  • Following her personalised care plan and health protocols

What We’re Looking For:

  • Caring, patient, and reliable individuals with a genuine passion for complex care

  • Experience in homecare or supporting individuals with additional needs is preferred

  • NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential

  • Willingness to learn and attend training – full training and ongoing support provided

  • Must have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
