Join Foxtons as a Compliance Administrator – Keep Homes Safe and Legal

At Foxtons, safety and legal compliance are at the core of our service. As a Compliance Administrator, you’ll be a key figure in upholding these standards across our managed properties—helping landlords meet legal obligations and giving tenants peace of mind.

This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where you’ll collaborate with Property Managers and Office Teams to ensure all homes under our care are fully compliant—from listing through to tenancy and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate safety checks and certifications (e.g. gas, electrical, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire safety, and legionella)

  • Manage property licensing, EPCs, and Right to Rent documentation

  • Monitor and interpret evolving property legislation to update systems and procedures

  • Support audits and spot checks to ensure data integrity

  • Help resolve compliance-related complaints and enhance internal processes

  • Generate performance reports to identify risks and improvement areas
