The Role – Compliance and Finance Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Compliance and Finance Analyst to support both financial oversight and regulatory compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a growing, dynamic team that works across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess trends, performance, and risk

Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs

Compare estimates with purchase orders, invoices, and as-built drawings

Assist in the review and finalization of accounts

Create detailed reports on financial performance and compliance activity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with vendor contacts to resolve queries

Ensure processes align with regulatory and internal standards
Person Specification
We are looking for someone who is:
Analytical, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
Confident in communicating with vendors and internal teams
Proactive in ensuring financial and compliance accuracy
Qualifications & Skills Required

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial analysis or compliance

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Google Workspace (preferred)

Ability to commute or relocate to Belfast BT3 9JP
