About the Job – Global Compliance Auditor

We are hiring a Global Compliance Auditor to support global auditing operations focused on healthcare compliance (HCC) and anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC) standards. As a Global Compliance Auditor, you will assist in evaluating business processes, ensuring policy adherence, and identifying areas for improvement. The role involves collecting and analyzing data, documenting audit results, and maintaining compliance records across international operations. Key Responsibilities of a Global Compliance Auditor

As a Global Compliance Auditor, you will:

  • Support various phases of compliance audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.

  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets to monitor and support auditing procedures.

  • Collaborate with the Ethics and Compliance Team to gather required documents for audit testing.

  • Conduct interviews and walkthroughs to assess compliance with internal and external standards.

  • Maintain audit documentation and workpapers aligned with professional standards.

  • Execute testing, summarize findings, and prepare audit reports with recommendations.

  • Update tracking systems to monitor audit issues and follow up on remediation actions.

  • Participate in risk assessment initiatives and maintain related documentation.

  • Support annual audit and risk assessment plans.

  • Assist with third-party management processes, user requests, and due diligence tracking.

  • Create reports and presentations summarizing audit progress and compliance outcomes.

  • Stay informed on healthcare compliance trends and suggest updates to policies.

  • Contribute to special projects as needed.


Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Global Compliance Auditor

To succeed as a Global Compliance Auditor, you should demonstrate:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical thinking and sound judgment for evaluating compliance data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Understanding of global HCC/ABAC laws and related industry codes.

  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector (preferred).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $60,600–$75,750 (depending on skills, experience, and location).
