As a Compliance Graduate, you’ll work with different business functions and develop essential skills while supporting Sage’s Compliance Programme. Plus, you’ll enjoy five fully paid volunteer days annually through Sage Foundation. This hybrid role requires three days a week at our Newcastle office.

Key Responsibilities for Compliance Graduate

In this role, the Compliance Graduate will help deliver Sage’s compliance strategy by:

  • Supporting the quarterly Policy Governance Forum and maintaining accurate records

  • Contributing to compliance education and learning improvement initiatives

  • Assisting with research, horizon scanning, and third-party due diligence

  • Analyzing data for management reporting and drafting factually correct reports

  • Building positive working relationships across the business and external partners
