About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our in-house residential construction team based in Surbiton, Surrey. All of our work is local to the KT postcode area, making this position ideal for candidates who live nearby and want to work close to home.
As a Labourer, you will assist skilled tradespeople and support a variety of construction activities across residential building projects—from groundwork and structural prep to final finishing tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Strip out existing interiors to prepare properties for renovation or construction

Assist bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers, plumbers, landscapers, and other skilled trades

Maintain clean, safe, and organised job sites

Perform general labouring tasks, including manual lifting and carrying materials

Drive company vehicles to and from job sites when required
Requirements

Location: Must live locally in the KT postcode area (e.g., KT6, KT5)

Physical Fitness: Able to handle physically demanding tasks

Punctuality & Reliability: A strong work ethic and team-focused attitude

Driving Licence: Clean UK driving licence required

Experience: Previous experience on building sites or in construction labouring is desirable
