Executive Construction Homes looking to hire a Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver a high quality home within expected budget and build timelines while managing all subcontractors and vendors involved with residential construction build sites. The successful candidate will have the ability to coordinate all residential field related work items, be proficient in blueprint analysis, house plan specifications, and have excellent time management.
Responsibilities
- Subcontractor and vendor scheduling
- Adherence to budget
- Project partners (real estate, HOA, etc) and home buyer relation skills
- Quality Control (ability to work effectively with building inspectors and other municipality personnel).
- Constantly Inspects work in progress to ensure that work conforms to specifications and that construction schedules are adhered to.
- Ensures that all work performed is conducted in a safe manner and makes sure work is performed within regulatory compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years minimum experience supervising and being responsible for various facility construction methods concerning pre-engineered structures, and wood framing.
- Able to safely lead a team that works safe and productively.
- Must have computer skills– Ipad, Google Sheets/ excel, builder/construction software experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Self-directed with strong organizational skills, attention to details.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of building permits, safety site restrictions and other aspects of the paperwork required on a project.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout South Carolina.
- K-12 and higher education experience is a plus.
