Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage healthcare construction projects in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
– Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
– Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, specifications, and other contract documents
– Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance of construction projects
– Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
– Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing as planned
– Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
– Utilize project management software such as ProCore for efficient project coordination
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
– Proven experience in construction project management
– Strong understanding of construction processes, procedures, and regulations
– Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and project management software
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Ability to lead a team effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders
– Knowledge of build processes and materials used in construction projects
