We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of remodels and new construction projects. From managing the bid process and supervising contractors to ensuring smooth handover and warranty management, this role is critical in delivering high-quality restaurant facilities that meet our operational and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director of Construction to develop budgets for remodel and new construction projects.

Review contract documents for accuracy and adherence to brand standards.

Manage the bid process for general contractors: assemble bid documents, oversee the bid period, analyze bids, manage approvals, and issue contracts.

Supervise general contractors and vendors, including reviewing schedules, updating progress, and coordinating with Operations.

Lead the turnover process from Construction to Operations: manage punch lists, transfer warranty and maintenance manuals, and communicate essential maintenance procedures.

Oversee the one-year warranty period after restaurant openings.
Required Technical Skills

5–7 years of project management experience handling multiple projects.

Strong knowledge of construction administration, CPM scheduling, cost reporting, payment processes, and project status reporting.

Experience in multi-unit restaurant chains preferred.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Professional licenses (Architecture, General Contractor, PE) are a plus.

Previous experience with multi-unit restaurant construction is highly desirable.
