Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and document project scope of work as well as obtain customer and client agreements.
  • Maintain excellent customer and client communications.
  • Create schedules, timelines, and project budgets.
  • Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
  • Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of construction project management experience is required.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication
