Key Responsibilities
- Identify and document project scope of work as well as obtain customer and client agreements.
- Maintain excellent customer and client communications.
- Create schedules, timelines, and project budgets.
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
- Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of construction project management experience is required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Superb customer service track record
