As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a highly capable Site Manager to join our collaborative and quality-driven team.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee and lead the on-site delivery of high-end residential construction projects. The role offers the chance to work on prestigious bespoke homes while playing a key leadership role within a dynamic and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations, from groundwork to final handover

  • Lead daily on-site activity to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets

  • Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and direct labour

  • Work closely with internal project managers and external consultants

  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies

  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and reporting

  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment procurement

  • Keep accurate daily site diaries with photographic updates

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised site at all times

  • Use digital tools such as Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other platforms for documentation and communication

  • Perform hands-on tasks where required, particularly in carpentry or detailed finishing

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for an organised, practical, and experienced individual who can lead projects with confidence and care:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Working Foreman on high-end residential projects

  • Proven knowledge of the UK construction industry and building regulations

  • Carpentry background preferred, or strong understanding of premium finishes and architectural details

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and site management software

  • Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and numeracy

  • Full UK driving licence required
