As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a highly capable Site Manager to join our collaborative and quality-driven team.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee and lead the on-site delivery of high-end residential construction projects. The role offers the chance to work on prestigious bespoke homes while playing a key leadership role within a dynamic and supportive company.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations, from groundwork to final handover

Lead daily on-site activity to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets

Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and direct labour

Work closely with internal project managers and external consultants

Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies

Conduct regular site safety inspections and reporting

Manage materials, tools, and equipment procurement

Keep accurate daily site diaries with photographic updates

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised site at all times

Use digital tools such as Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other platforms for documentation and communication

Perform hands-on tasks where required, particularly in carpentry or detailed finishing
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for an organised, practical, and experienced individual who can lead projects with confidence and care:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Working Foreman on high-end residential projects

Proven knowledge of the UK construction industry and building regulations

Carpentry background preferred, or strong understanding of premium finishes and architectural details

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and site management software

Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and numeracy

Full UK driving licence required
