  • Evaluate current patching methods to identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and efficiency gains.

  • Design and refine workflows that improve vulnerability assessment and empower engineering teams to make informed decisions.

  • Integrate patch management efforts into broader security operations, supporting vulnerability scanning, remediation, and audit readiness.

  • Partner with Device Management to produce clear, user-centric content that supports Helpdesk and self-service capabilities.

  • Assist in developing a centralized dashboard to track patch compliance and overall endpoint health.

  • Support organizational change efforts, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team communication to ensure successful adoption of new processes.

  • Monitor key metrics including Secure Score improvements, process adoption, and user engagement.

Your experience:

  • 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar IT operations role, with hands-on experience in patch management, endpoint protection, or enterprise systems.
