 Role Overview: Management Consulting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Management Consulting Manager to lead and deliver transformational solutions for clients in the Communications, Media, Software, and Technology industries. This role involves working with global teams to design, implement, and optimize innovative strategies, creating measurable value for our clients.

As a Management Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects, managing client relationships, and developing innovative solutions that drive client success.

• Lead the delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across Communications, Media, Software, and Technology sectors.

• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in navigating digital transformation.

 Team Leadership & Talent Development

 Innovation & Digital Transformation

• Leverage industry expertise to design and implement next-generation digital solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Use data-driven insights to optimize client processes and deliver measurable results.

 Solution Design & Execution

• Design client-specific strategies, including process and architecture design, customer journey mapping, and value creation.

• Implement agile and DevOps methodologies for fast-paced digital transformation.

• Deliver innovative solutions using advanced technologies such as Generative AI.

 Candidate Profile: Management Consulting Manager

• Proven experience in Communications, Media, Software, or Technology industries.

• Strong background in consulting, with experience in client management and strategic leadership.

• Expertise in digital transformation, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience with GenAI, Agile & DevOps, and B2B consulting.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of mobility (up to 100% travel).
