Our products span multiple categories—including home and housewares, impulse buys, pet care, health and beauty, and automotive appearance accessories—and are sold directly to consumers through leading social-commerce platforms, as well as through top global retailers. We proudly own and manage two brands: S&T INC. and VIKING Car Care. This role will focus specifically on the S&T INC. team.


What You’ll Be Doing

As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and launch of new consumer products tailored for a digital-first retail environment, including platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and our own S&T website. You will also support the growth and longevity of our existing SKU portfolio. This role requires a keen awareness of consumer trends—both online and offline—and the ability to turn insights into successful product launches.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product development, sourcing, supply chain, marketing, and content creation to bring engaging, relevant products to market. We foster a fast-paced, collaborative workplace where creativity and initiative are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and lead trend analysis, market research, competitive reviews, product viability assessments, and IP evaluations.

  • Partner with the sourcing team to gather and document accurate product costs, specifications, and testing protocols.

  • Work with supply chain teams to develop and maintain a new product launch schedule.

  • Maintain detailed records of product information and development progress.

  • Collaborate with the social media and digital content teams to produce compelling marketing assets for product launches.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams in both our St. Louis and Shanghai offices, as well as with external manufacturing partners.

  • Lead and support special projects as needed.

  • Domestic and international travel up to 15%.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, marketing, account management, or project management within a social commerce context.

  • Proven success in identifying, developing, and launching consumer products.

  • Experience with cost analysis and vendor/supplier negotiations.

  • Strong business and financial acumen; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach and flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.

  • Interest or background in consumer product categories aligned with the S&T brand.

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail—a must in our dynamic environment.
