About the Role
We are looking for a Content and SEO Manager to drive our content strategy and enhance our digital presence. In this role, you will create, optimize, and manage content that boosts organic search rankings, engages audiences, and drives conversions. Collaborating with our global teams, you will ensure our messaging aligns with our brand voice while resonating with diverse regional audiences. Your ability to blend creativity with data-driven SEO strategies will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global content and SEO strategy aligned with Quinyx’s business goals.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for multiple channels, including blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize existing content, and identify new opportunities to improve organic search performance.
• Collaborate with local market teams to tailor content for regional audiences while maintaining global consistency.
• Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing insights to enhance rankings and traffic.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep Quinyx at the forefront of search visibility.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content is visually appealing, technically optimized, and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Manage content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative content environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Content and SEO Manager or similar role, ideally in a global or multi-market environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and content management systems (HubSpot, WordPress, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of technical SEO and email marketing.
• Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and their role in modern SEO strategies.
• Fluency in multiple languages (a plus but not required).
