Job Overview
We’re seeking a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our digital marketing initiatives across content, email, and social media.
You’ll create engaging multimedia assets, develop and optimize campaigns, and support brand growth through creative storytelling and data-driven insights.
This role is ideal for a creative marketer with strong communication and design skills who thrives in a tech-driven, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Creative

Develop high-quality marketing materials including blogs, articles, and social posts.

Design and produce visual content (graphics, videos, PDFs, promotional materials) using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.

Collaborate with the GTM team to create sales and go-to-market collateral.

Write and design customer case studies to highlight success stories.
Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage social media content and campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and YouTube using HubSpot.

Schedule, post, and engage with followers while maintaining brand voice.

Track analytics and recommend strategies to improve engagement.

Partner with external agencies to manage Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
Email Marketing

Manage and segment email lists to improve targeting and engagement.

Create and execute email and newsletter campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.

Track campaign performance, optimize design and content, and maintain list hygiene.
Analytics & Growth

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for content, email, and social performance.

Use Google Analytics and HubSpot to identify trends and suggest improvements.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
Qualifications
Required
-
2–4 years of marketing experience (email, content, and brand management).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Basic design/layout and video editing abilities.

Experience in tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related fields preferred.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and HubSpot.

Organized, creative, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

Collaborative mindset and proven success working remotely.
Preferred

Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and implementation.

Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads optimization.
