About the Role
The Arbinger Marketing & Creative team is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to drive our content engine and amplify Arbinger’s thought leadership. This role goes beyond social media—it’s about shaping narratives, engaging audiences, and managing the full content lifecycle: strategy, creation, publishing, and performance analysis.
You’ll lead the creation of blog articles, newsletters, podcast-based content, and social assets, ensuring Arbinger’s voice resonates across platforms. Key Responsibilities

Write, edit, and manage blogs, newsletters, podcast content, and social media assets.

Repurpose long-form content into engaging, shareable pieces across platforms.

Monitor content performance, analyze results, and adapt strategies.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for cohesive storytelling.

Conduct industry and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

Support campaign execution and project coordination.

Perform regular self-assessments using Arbinger’s 3A+ tool to enhance performance.
What We’re Looking For
Required:

3+ years of experience in content creation & strategy.

Strong storytelling skills across formats (long-form, newsletters, social, scripts).

Solid grasp of content distribution (blogs, email, social, podcasts).

Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Self-starter who thrives independently and on a team.
Preferred:

Experience with social media advertising & analytics tools.

Skills in graphic design and video editing.

Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheets).

Comfort with AI tools for content efficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
