About the Role

The Arbinger Marketing & Creative team is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to drive our content engine and amplify Arbinger’s thought leadership. This role goes beyond social media—it’s about shaping narratives, engaging audiences, and managing the full content lifecycle: strategy, creation, publishing, and performance analysis.

You’ll lead the creation of blog articles, newsletters, podcast-based content, and social assets, ensuring Arbinger’s voice resonates across platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and manage blogs, newsletters, podcast content, and social media assets.

  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging, shareable pieces across platforms.

  • Monitor content performance, analyze results, and adapt strategies.

  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for cohesive storytelling.

  • Conduct industry and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

  • Support campaign execution and project coordination.

  • Perform regular self-assessments using Arbinger’s 3A+ tool to enhance performance.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation & strategy.

  • Strong storytelling skills across formats (long-form, newsletters, social, scripts).

  • Solid grasp of content distribution (blogs, email, social, podcasts).

  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Self-starter who thrives independently and on a team.

Preferred:

  • Experience with social media advertising & analytics tools.

  • Skills in graphic design and video editing.

  • Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheets).

  • Comfort with AI tools for content efficiency.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
