We’re building a content-forward marketing engine and are hiring a Content Marketing Manager who’s excited to create, distribute, and repurpose impactful content that drives results.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Distribution

• Write compelling short-form content: blog posts, email copy, and social media posts

• Distill webinars, podcasts, and expert interviews into actionable long-form guides and short-form insights

• Craft and execute email nurture campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth

• Build and manage distribution plans using owned, earned, and paid channels

Webinar & Event Support

• Plan, organize, and manage webinars and virtual events

• Coordinate with internal and external speakers, manage promotion, and drive attendance/follow-up

AI Workflow & Optimization

• Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for research, outlining, drafting, and editing

• Continuously refine processes for maximum efficiency and impact

Collaboration & Planning

• Maintain and execute a structured content calendar

• Align with broader marketing efforts to ensure cohesive messaging and timely delivery

• Comfortable managing multiple content streams and balancing short and long-term priorities

• Detail-oriented, yet efficient—you know when to polish and when to ship

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience planning or hosting webinars and virtual events

• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

• Basic design skills (Canva or similar)

• Knowledge of SEO and AI Search Optimization
