Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to build and execute a results-driven content engine. Reporting directly to the Head of Content, you will own social media channels, optimize SEO strategies, and create content that balances storytelling with measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a proactive content marketer with SaaS experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable content strategies across blogs, webinars, podcasts, social, and thought leadership.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Own and optimize social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Implement AI-powered SEO/AEO/GEO tactics to boost organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with designers and producers to transform raw assets into polished, channel-optimized campaigns.
  • Track and report KPIs (engagement, conversions, pipeline impact) to leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Streamline workflows, templates, and processes for efficient, high-quality content production.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in content marketing or social media management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of growing social accounts and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills for short-form video, graphics, and social-first campaigns.
  • Experience managing content calendars (Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.) and SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating SaaS content such as blogs, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, AI content tools, and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of emerging social formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or technology.
