Job Overview

We’re seeking a versatile and creative Content Specialist to craft compelling content that drives awareness, engages our audience, and supports our nationwide expansion. This role goes beyond writing — you’ll also collaborate on campaigns, manage digital platforms, contribute to social media strategy, and help shape strategic brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and publish engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, emails, and marketing collateral.

  • Conduct research to create industry-relevant, educational content.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns.

  • Optimize content for SEO and implement keyword strategies.

  • Manage content in HubSpot CRM/CMS and other platforms.

  • Support initiatives like PPC campaigns, social media, and events.

  • Develop copy for ads, promotions, and internal communications.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all content.

  • Leverage AI platforms to streamline workflows and enhance content creation.

  • Track and analyze performance to optimize engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.

  • 6+ years of content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing experience.

  • AI prompting/certifications a plus.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • SEO knowledge and experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar CMS.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Collaborative team player with a passion for storytelling and branding.

Preferred:

  • B2B marketing experience (facility management industry a plus).

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, PPC, and social media strategy.

  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
