Contracts Administrator & Executive Admin. Support Contracts Administrator and Executive Admin. Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management- Draft, review, and maintain contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Documentation- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence with stakeholders. Monitor renewals, high level monitoring/reconciliation of invoicing to ensure adherence to contracts.
- System Records Maintenance- Create and maintain projects in ERP system
- Compliance Monitoring- Ensure all parties adhere to contract terms, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Communication- Serve as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries, facilitating communication between internal departments and external partners.
- Risk Assessment- Identify potential risks associated with contracts and recommend mitigation strategies
- Reporting- Prepare reports on contract performance, renewals and compliance for management review.
- Collaboration- Work closely with operational, finance, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Executive Admin Support- Administrative Support for the Divisional President and divisional VPs
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with contract law and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Experience working with NetSuite is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience as an admin.
- Proven experience in contract administration.
