What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook meals following recipes and safety standards

Plan, pull, and prep ingredients for daily service

Ensure maximum use of food and leftovers while maintaining quality

Follow food hygiene, health, and safety requirements to meet company and regulatory standards

Assist with ordering and stocking inventory for the department

Resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters when necessary

Support the team with additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:

Catering or healthcare food service experience preferred

Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and portion control

Strong organizational and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality
