What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and cook meals following recipes and safety standards

  • Plan, pull, and prep ingredients for daily service

  • Ensure maximum use of food and leftovers while maintaining quality

  • Follow food hygiene, health, and safety requirements to meet company and regulatory standards

  • Assist with ordering and stocking inventory for the department

  • Resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters when necessary

  • Support the team with additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Catering or healthcare food service experience preferred

  • Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and portion control

  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
