Responsibilities

As a Cook, you will:

  • Prepare hot and cold menu items, working on the grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line.

  • Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of food in accordance with menu cycles and standardized recipes.

  • Taste and evaluate food to ensure quality, flavor, and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Previous senior living or healthcare dining experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of food production methods, portion control, and food safety required.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to food presentation.

  • Ability to work weekends.
