Job Description
We are currently seeking an Education Coordinator to join our team at the Educational Service Center in Palatine, IL. This is an administrative-level position ideal for individuals with experience in school coordination, instructional support, or district-level operations.
The successful candidate will support district goals, contribute to school improvement initiatives, and collaborate with educators and administrators to ensure high-quality learning environments for all students.
Key Responsibilities

Support implementation of educational programs and curriculum

Coordinate between school staff, administration, and external partners

Monitor compliance with district and state education policies

Assist in data collection, reporting, and program evaluation

Contribute to staff development initiatives and professional training

Provide logistical and operational support across departments
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Previous experience in a school or district administrative role

Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced educational environment

Familiarity with Illinois state education standards and compliance practices
