Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Copywriter to craft engaging marketing and sales copy for diverse audiences across multiple channels. This role requires a versatile writer who can pivot between different product lines, maintain brand voice, and support campaigns that inspire action.
This position is part of our in-house creative team and reports directly to the Executive Creative Director. Candidates may work fully remote (East Coast hours) or from one of our offices in Charlottesville, VA; Vienna, VA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; or New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities

Write persuasive copy for digital and print campaigns (email, ads, blogs, collateral, social media, video, B2B/B2C).

Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to develop on-brand creative concepts.

Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.

Maintain brand voice across multiple business lines and audience segments.

Adapt messaging for both short- and long-form content.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 4+ years of professional copywriting experience.

Strong portfolio showcasing persuasive marketing/sales copy.

Proven ability to craft both short and long-form content.

Experience with SEO best practices.

Excellent command of AP Style and Chicago Manual of Style.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Bonus: Experience writing Canadian French content.
