Job Details:
Mercor is seeking Creative Writers, Technical Writers, and Evaluation Tutors to support research projects with a leading AI lab. In this role, you will contribute to data campaigns such as Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation. The priority is given to candidates with experience in creative writing, product writing, or technical writing. You will use judgment, critical thinking, and subject expertise to evaluate responses for effectiveness, clarity, and naturalness.
Campaign Areas:

Creative Writing: Fiction, poetry, narrative development, speeches, dialogues, critiques; assess creativity and flow.

Companionship: Evaluate empathy, emotional intelligence, conversational tone, and authenticity.

Presentation: Assess clarity, structure, polish, and effectiveness in professional or educational communication.
General Requirements:

Strong skills in at least one: creative writing, product writing, or technical writing.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Strong communication and attention to detail.

Consistent judgment, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setup.
