Position Overview
Robert Half is seeking a Web Copywriter to support a professional-services client in overhauling their public-facing website, built on a component-based CMS. In this role, you will collaborate with an embedded editorial pod to rewrite legacy content, author new static pages, and ensure all copy aligns with brand voice, compliance requirements, accessibility standards, and SEO/AEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Rewrite existing website pages, streamlining flow, removing redundancies, and aligning content with the new brand style guide.

Create net-new pages for industry-specific personas (e.g., life sciences, consumer goods).

Optimize copy for SEO/AEO with SEMRush insights, metadata refinement, and content block structuring.

Collaborate daily with the editorial lead and SEO analyst through stand-ups and weekly copy clinics.

Conduct SME interviews and articulate content rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while defending brand voice.

Apply component-based thinking to copy, including tagging for CMS, writing microcopy (CTAs, captions, alt text), and preparing variations for localization.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of web copywriting experience, with at least 2 years focused on B2B/enterprise clients.

Proven ability to write ad copy, promotional content, and email campaigns.

Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience.

Familiarity with marketing strategies, user engagement principles, and compliance considerations.

Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
