Role Overview
StudioBinder is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Content Copywriter to craft engaging and educational content for filmmakers, video producers, and creatives. You’ll write blog articles, video treatments for YouTube, newsletters, and update content in WordPress. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, filmmaking, and teaching.
Key Responsibilities

Write and edit blog articles on filmmaking, video production, and industry trends

Draft video treatments and scripts for StudioBinder’s YouTube channel

Create compelling newsletter and website copy

Research industry news and resources to inform content creation

Update and maintain content on WordPress

Collaborate with editors, designers, and the content team
Qualifications

3+ years of professional copywriting experience

Excellent grammar, style, and storytelling ability

Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Experience with WordPress or similar CMS

Knowledge of filmmaking and video production processes

Familiarity with industry resources (Every Frame a Painting, Nerdwriter, John August, ScriptNotes)

Self-starter with strong creativity and attention to detail
