The Role
We’re looking for a talented Copywriter to create compelling written content that promotes our products, services, and brand story across multiple channels. You’ll develop messaging that is intuitive, user-focused, and engaging, while ensuring brand alignment throughout the customer journey.
This role requires a balance of creativity and strategy—you’ll craft copy that drives engagement, optimise campaigns, and collaborate with designers to test new approaches.
Key Responsibilities

Create engaging copy for websites, apps, emails, SMS, direct mail, video, and social media.

Ensure all content is compliant, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Pitch innovative content ideas and solutions to meet campaign goals.

Monitor and review campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.

Collaborate closely with designers to deliver intuitive customer experiences.

Develop design and content guidelines for consistent quality across channels.
Essential Skills & Experience

Strong creative writing, advertising, copywriting, and editing expertise.

Experience writing for direct mail, emails, SMS, social media, and video.

Skilled at creating product/service copy for websites, portals, and apps.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Ability to adapt tone and language to different audiences and platforms.

Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Must be within a reasonable commuting distance of Birmingham.
About You
You’re a confident communicator with a strong creative eye and a way with words. You know how to tailor content for different audiences and channels, and you understand how design and copy work together to create impact.
You’ve delivered campaigns across direct mail, SMS, and digital platforms, and you’re comfortable with SEO and UX principles. Tools like Monday.com will be familiar to you, and you thrive on collaborating with stakeholders to achieve results.
