The Role
We’re seeking a talented Content & Copywriter to craft engaging, customer-focused copy across all channels. You’ll shape messaging that inspires action, ensures brand consistency, and brings our products and services to life.
Key Responsibilities

Write compelling content for websites, apps, emails, SMS, social media, video, and direct mail

Simplify complex information into clear, accessible messages

Collaborate with designers to align visuals and copy for maximum impact

Create and maintain brand-aligned content and design guidelines
-
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for better results

Keep up to date with best practices in content and social media
Essential Skills & Experience
-
Strong background in advertising, copywriting, editing, and creative storytelling

Experience writing product/service copy for digital platforms (websites, apps, portals)
-
Skilled across multiple formats: social, email, SMS, direct mail, and video
-
Excellent stakeholder management; able to adapt tone and language for different audiences

Strong multitasking ability, managing several campaigns at once
-
Must live within commuting distance of Birmingham
About You

Confident communicator with a strong creative eye and love for words

Able to flex tone and style across audiences and platforms
-
Knowledge of SEO and UX principles
-
Familiar with project management tools such as Monday.com
