The Role

We’re looking for a talented Copywriter to create compelling content that promotes our products, services, and brand story across all internal and external channels. You’ll make sure all copy is clear, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice, while helping to drive engagement and conversions.

You’ll produce creative content for digital and print campaigns, review performance, and optimise messaging to maximise impact. Working closely with designers, you’ll also test new approaches, develop content guidelines, and ensure delivery of high-quality, on-budget work.

Responsibilities

  • Write engaging content for websites, apps, portals, emails, SMS, direct mail, social media, and video.

  • Deliver compliant, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Pitch creative content solutions to meet campaign objectives.

  • Monitor and review campaign performance; adjust content to improve results.

  • Collaborate with designers to enhance customer experiences.

  • Develop brand content and design guidelines.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in creative writing, advertising, copywriting, and editing.

  • Experience writing across channels: direct mail, email, SMS, social media, video.

  • Skilled in product/service copy for websites, apps, and portals.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Able to adapt language and tone for different audiences.

  • Strong multitasking ability – able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Based within reasonable commuting distance of Birmingham.

About You

You’re a confident communicator with a sharp creative eye and a flair for words. Whether writing for social media, web, or print, you know how to engage audiences.

You understand SEO, UX, and how design complements content to create strong customer experiences. Ideally, you’ve worked with project management tools such as Monday.com.

Collaboration is second nature to you — you’re skilled at influencing and working with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
