About the Role
True North Agency specializes in high-performing healthcare marketing campaigns. We’re seeking a Marketing Copywriter to create engaging, patient-focused content across multiple digital channels. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers and account managers to deliver copy that educates, engages, and converts patients for our healthcare clients.
This position is 100% remote (U.S. only) and requires authorization to work without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities

Develop campaign concepts and execute high-quality healthcare marketing content.

Write copy for social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), landing pages, websites (SEO-optimized), and email campaigns.

Collaborate with account managers, designers, data analysts, and healthcare stakeholders.

Research health conditions, treatments, and patient journeys to ensure accuracy.

Create empathetic, patient-focused content that drives action (appointments, downloads, etc.).

Ideate and script engaging video content.

Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends and digital best practices.
Qualifications

2+ years of marketing copywriting experience (agency experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and SEO.

Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.

Research and information synthesis skills.

Experience with A/B testing and data analysis (a plus).
