About Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to support key areas of Corporate Finance, including cash forecasting, debt management, and executive reporting. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring liquidity for investments and acquisitions, supporting lender compliance, and delivering high-quality financial insights to leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain daily cash forecasting and longer-term financial models (dashboards, working capital scenarios, liquidity forecasting, variance analysis).

• Ensure liquidity needs are met to support long-term investments and acquisitions (domestic and international).

• Build reporting tools and metrics for executive management.

• Review debt agreements, ensure covenant compliance, and prepare lender reports.

• Support renewals of debt facilities and real estate financing, including due diligence.

• Manage relationships with banking partners; serve as primary AML/KYC compliance contact.

• Review covenant and borrowing base calculations; answer lender compliance questions.

• Conduct research on industry and financial trends to guide decisions.

• Partner with Treasury and Accounting teams during month-end close.

• Handle other analytical and reporting tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analyst-level role (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with urgency.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Critical thinking with clear, concise conclusions.

• Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.
