Overview
Hypori Inc., a leader in SaaS cybersecurity solutions, is transforming secure mobility for government and commercial clients. The Corporate IT System Administrator will support IT operations, security, upgrades, and maintenance of Hypori’s enterprise infrastructure. This entry-level technical role offers professional growth while ensuring employees can work effectively and securely.
Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, MDM platforms, and enterprise SaaS apps

Manage user lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access controls

Support endpoints across macOS and Windows environments

Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues

Maintain IT asset inventory for hardware, software, and services

Support onboarding: system imaging, AD accounts, hardware shipment

Manage IT projects with guidance from Corporate IT Manager

Handle computer hardware lifecycle (issuance, replacement, disposal)

Provide user support through Jira Service Management system

Assist with in-office IT support and video conference setup
Qualifications
Required:
-
3+ years of IT Helpdesk/Support experience in enterprise environments

Hands-on with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Active Directory, MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, NinjaOne, etc.)

SaaS administration familiarity (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

U.S. citizenship (mandatory)

Experience with ticketing systems

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 USD + performance bonus
