About the Job
ADP is hiring a National Accounts Sales Representative to join its world-class sales team. In this role, you’ll identify and cultivate new business opportunities with organizations of 1,000+ employees, cross-sell workforce solutions to existing clients, and close high-value deals that drive growth. Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets.

Implement and execute strategic sales plans.

Develop and maintain a robust cold-calling strategy to engage prospects.

Generate referral business through existing and potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Match clients’ business needs with ADP’s suite of HCM products and services.

Cross-sell additional ADP solutions to current customers.

Network and communicate effectively with key decision-makers within assigned territories.
Qualifications Required
-
Minimum 5 years of work experience (sales-related experience preferred).
Preferred Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.

B2B experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll, HR solutions, HRBPO, or talent management.

Strong cold-calling and customer relationship skills.

Excellent communication—verbal, written, and listening.

Highly organized with strong time management abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective both independently and in team environments.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $56,100 – $121,500 annually (dependent on experience and location).
