About the Role: Corporate Tax Associate Director (Nottingham, Cambridge, or Leicester)
Join our high-performing Corporate Tax team at RSM UK and make a difference! We work with a diverse range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and middle-market organizations to large multinationals, handling their tax compliance and providing expert advisory services on matters like due diligence, transactions, restructuring, and innovation reliefs.
As an Associate Director, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of clients, some with complex tax needs, delivering excellent service and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll handle complex compliance work, review the work of junior team members, and contribute to advisory projects. You’ll also support senior staff in business development, proposals, and networking.
Impact You’ll Make:
- Be part of a high-performing tax team advising interesting, fast-growing companies, larger corporates, and international clients.
- Be a key member of client service teams, managing your own portfolio.
- Provide valuable advice on various technical issues relevant to clients’ businesses.
- Collaborate with partners and directors across service lines to support regional business development.
What We’re Looking For:

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Our ideal candidate will have:
- ACA qualification (or equivalent).
- CTA qualification preferred, or proven tax advisory experience.
- Client/customer-facing experience.
- Strong corporate tax compliance experience, including preparing and reviewing tax computations.
- Comprehensive corporate tax technical knowledge.
- Proven tax advisory experience on technical matters.
- Proven client handling skills and experience managing a busy portfolio.
- Experience and interest in business development and converting relationships into fee-paying work.
- Significant experience at the Manager level (or similar) or demonstrable skills to perform at the Associate Director level.
