Role Overview:
The Credit and Collections Representative manages smaller and less complex customer accounts, focusing on collecting past-due balances, negotiating payment plans, and evaluating customer credit. The role also involves maintaining accurate account records and helping resolve billing or payment issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect payments from assigned customer accounts.

Negotiate and establish payment plans for overdue accounts.

Review financial data to recommend credit approvals or limits.

Monitor account status and resolve payment discrepancies.

Maintain low delinquency levels and support account management activities.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in credit, collections, or customer service.

Strong negotiation, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
