What You’ll Be Responsible For:
CRM & Database Management
- Oversee and enhance the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and effective segmentation.
- Maintain database hygiene by removing duplicates and outdated contacts.
- Develop and refine automated workflows to support lead nurturing, customer retention, and sales enablement.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails and automated nurture sequences.
- Build, test, and optimize email templates, utilizing basic HTML as needed.
- Create and manage automation workflows to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics & Campaign Optimization
- Monitor and analyze CRM and email campaign performance, providing insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Track key KPIs, including email engagement, conversion rates, and database growth, to inform campaign adjustments.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, content, product marketing) to refine and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Website & Technical Support
- Support website updates and landing page creation using WordPress.
- Provide basic HTML/CSS support for both email templates and website content.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web and email edits.
- Experience working with WordPress and landing page tools.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a talent for interpreting data and optimizing campaign performance.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 45–50 hours per week
- Compensation: Hourly pay with overtime eligibility for hours exceeding 40 per week
