Our client, a well-known personal care brand, is seeking a CRM and MarTech Specialist for a remote freelance role. You will manage marketing technology platforms, enhance CRM strategies, and deliver personalized, data-driven customer journeys.
Responsibilities

Manage MarTech platforms: CRM, automation, analytics tools, vendor/agency coordination

Improve data infrastructure and integration across Martech systems

Lead multi-channel CRM initiatives: email, SMS, on-site

Enhance audience segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns

Partner with data teams for activation and effective targeting

Analyze CRM performance (campaigns, conversion, retention KPIs) and provide actionable insights

Serve as CRM/MarTech subject matter expert across teams

Audit and optimize customer journeys for personalization at scale

Ensure GDPR and CCPA compliance; stay up-to-date on Klaviyo & Attentive features
Requirements
-
8+ years in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or MarTech (e-commerce/DTC)

Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify (required)

Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel orchestration

Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into actionable marketing strategies
