Join Our Team as a Customer Advisor at B&Q Gloucester
We’re looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Decor Department on a part-time, 3-month fixed-term contract. Working 20 hours per week during evenings and weekends (Monday–Sunday, 7:00 pm–10:00 pm), you’ll earn a competitive £12.98 per hour (including a £0.27 location allowance). As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be a key part of our team, helping customers improve their homes and bringing their DIY visions to life with the right support and products.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Advisor
As a Customer Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Providing top-tier service and personalised advice to customers

Helping with stock management and maintaining well-presented displays

Supporting customers with projects in the Decor Department
